At BatteryEVO, we stand behind the quality and durability of our batteries with our 10-Year Warranty. We ensure that every BatteryEVO battery is free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 10 years from the date of purchase on BatteryEVO.com. Here’s what our warranty includes:

1. Lifetime Tech Support & Customer Service: We’re committed to providing free lifetime technical support & troubleshooting for all BatteryEVO batteries. Whenever you need assistance, reach us at +1 (866) 336-8386 (Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm) or email support@batteryevo.com.
2. Free Repair & Replacement: Our batteries are engineered to last for a minimum of 10 years, and we back this up with our warranty. In the unlikely event of any battery cell failure or manufacture cell defect within the next 10 years, we will repair or replace your battery cells free of charge. For the first year, we also cover all shipping costs to and from your purchase address within the continental US. All electrical components have a 1-year warranty.
3. Assured Highest Quality: BatteryEVO exclusively uses Tier-1 cells, ensuring top-notch lithium battery packs in the USA. Depending on model, usage, and environment, our batteries are designed to last between 3,500–8,000 cycles.
4. Covered Products: This warranty covers all BatteryEVO battery cells for 10 years, and all included accessories for the initial 30 days.
5. Automatic Warranty Registration: No separate registration is required. We automatically record warranties using the serial number and QR code.
6. Product Manuals & Specification Sheets: Each BatteryEVO battery includes a unique QR code. Scanning it with your smartphone provides access to the correct Product Manual and Product Spec Sheet for your specific model, ensuring you always have the latest information.
7. Domestic Warranty Claim Assistance: To initiate a warranty claim, please email support@batteryevo.com. Our tech support team will respond within 24–48 hours. We provide prepaid return labels in the first year; afterward, you may choose to cover shipping costs or arrange your own return.
8. Returns for Accessories: Accessories included with your battery are covered for 30 days. Returns for non-defective accessories may incur a 20% restocking fee.
9. Changed Your Mind? If you change your mind within 30 days, we offer a 30-Day money-back guarantee, subject to a 20% restocking fee.
10. Non-Transferable: This warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser and can be transferred to another party within 30 days of purchase.
11. Return Hazmat Fee: Please note that certain battery returns may incur extra fees due to shipping regulations governing lithium batteries.
12. Battery Misuse Disclaimer: This warranty excludes damages resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, alterations, or improper charging/installation of our product.
13. Fraud Protection: We can proceed with repair, replacement, and refunds only after inspecting your returned battery at our facility.
14. Limitation of Damages: BatteryEVO is not accountable for consequential damages due to a breach of this warranty.
15. Customer Satisfaction: If you’re dissatisfied for any reason after engaging with our support teams, you can escalate dispute resolutions to our CTO for review. We prioritize customer satisfaction.
16. Warranty Procurement: Company has manufactured their energy backup systems in such a manner as to make individual components within their products removable and swappable in the event of malfunction or failure. For warranty claims within the first 12 months after purchase the Company agrees to pay for shipping back to Company and then back to Customer less damage liability claims. After the initial 12 months it is the responsibility of the Customer to pay for shipping and damage charges for warranty claims if applicable.
